A bit about me: I’m a California state certified Public Health Microbiologist (PHM) and have a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, with an emphasis in Medical Microbiology from UC Davis. I love being in Public Health, and thoroughly enjoy every aspect of Microbiology!
My hobbies include but are not limited to candid photography (people and bacteria/viruses alike, have no choice in this matter!), archery, crafting of all sorts, and Petri dish art. This photo blog is an effort to bring the fun and beauty of science I see in the laboratory in an effort to give my friends and the anyone interested a chance to see how pretty the microbial world I see can be. I truly enjoy sharing the photos with everyone.
