Happy Holidays!
As you know, I do love doing some agar art for holidays and this year I chose to do a wreath on UTI ChromAgar! (Please excuse the not so clever title pun, it has been a while…) It has a great selection of organisms and colors to work with!
This was actually my second try, as I was a bit out of practice, and I used expired media the first time, with sad results. Photo below:
